Returns Policy

Returns:
No change of mind refunds after 30 days from original purchase.
No change of mind refunds or exchanges on Sale or Discontinued items.
The Tack Box Saddleworld has a 30 day change of mind policy on full priced items.
If you change your mind or the size doesn't fit, we are happy to exchange, refund or provide an instore credit, so long as it is returned within the 30 day period from original purchase and providing the product and packaging is in its original unused condition.  Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return. 
Please note: Original and return postage won't be refunded. Any exchange sent will be charged with our usual postage rates.
Refunds will be made by the original payment method.

Faulty goods:  
The Tack Box Saddleworld makes every effort to advertise and display our products as accurately as possible. But if we have sent a product that wasn't accurately pictured or described on this website we will be happy to exchange for the correct product and will cover the postage.
If a product is on sale because it is faulty a consumer cannot claim a refund for any problem they have been informed about prior to the purchase.
Minor Fault
In the case of a minor fault and the product can be repaired we will give you the option to repair the item within a reasonable time. The Tack Box Saddleworld or the manufacturer can instead decide to replace or refund the product.
Major Fault
If the product has been assessed to have a major fault you can choose a refund or exchange on this item.
Damaged product through abnormal use:
If the staff at The Tack Box Saddleworld or the manufacturer assess any damage and decide this was caused by abnormal use or normal wear and tear, and not a fault of the product we will not refund or replace this product.  If it can possibly be repaired this would be at your direction and cost.
